2006 - 2018

I had to say goodbye to Crystal on Jan. 15, 2018. She had fallen ill a few days after Christmas and after 3 trips to the Vet within 6 days, medications, her not eating and finally not drinking, significant weight loss, I felt it was her time. Making this decision is always difficult but I had to consider HER quality of life...there was none. All I could do was lover her until the end on Monday. She went so peacefully as if she had just fallen asleep. I know she is now free of any suffering and now I am the one who is in pain from her loss. She was the most loving cat I have ever known and I will miss her dearly. I hope she always knew how much I loved her.
