Buttercup

2013 - 2026

Buttercup was the most perfect dog. She loved people and other dogs. She got me through my entire childhood. She loved her bothersome little sister, Peanut. She loved her Lambchop toys. She loved her soft treats and wet Weruva Food. She loved to go on walks. One time I took her to the beach and a costumed dog parade. She explored with me for a few trips. She was my best friend. My first ever baby. She had an aggressive mediastinal lymphoma which rapidly progressed over her last three days. She was perfectly healthy upon her exam only a few months prior. Her body gave up before her mind did. She fought hard until the very end. She was the best dog. I love you Buttercup. Rest in peace.
