Oreo

2015 - 2025

Oreo was an exceptionally smart dog. He had this amazing ability to open doors—literally and figuratively—for the people he loved. He was full of energy and joy, always up for a swim, a run, or a good game. The beach was one of his favorite places; it’s where he seemed happiest, free and full of life.

He completely took over my bed (as if it was always his), and I let him because his presence brought such comfort. We truly communicated—he spoke to me in his own way, and I swear we had full conversations. He was deeply sensitive, always in tune with how I was feeling, and somehow knew just what I needed. He even had this infectious laugh and was almost always in a good mood. He really was one of a kind.
