My dog died in my arms Sunday night... I brought him home 15 years ago while I was still in high school... People that know me know I've had pets all my life, but Cujo was the first one I called my son, that I had that once in a lifetime bond with. He was incredibly smart- knowing how to help me with chores, like sorting recycling, as well as hand signal commands... I would star-gaze together with him in my lap... lay on the hammock with him & sun bathe together... He even rescued me once from a mugging... My heart is broken, & I feel like a part of me died... RIP my beloved son...
