2010 - 2021

Tucker Turner, crossed the Rainbow Bridge on July 7, 2021 in the loving arms of his Mama and Papa, with the gentle assistance of the loving providers at Portland Veterinary Emergency and Specialty Care, from a brain tumor.

He was his Mama’s shadow, never more than a few feet away from her at any given time. He loved his family with ferocity. He knew exactly what time dinner was supposed to be and every day at 6pm, he made sure Mama knew it was time to eat. Tucker once having escaped the backyard, marched himself to the nearest Dunkin Donuts and was treated to far too many munchkins before a kind member of the community called his Mama on him and despite sinking like a rock, loved trying to swim. His kiddie pool was his favorite way to pass time in the summer.

He is survived by his Mama, Papa, Big T, Graciella, and Scooter, yes these are his people. He’s also survived by Lucy, Maggie, George, and Waffle, along with Charlotte the cat, Red, Freckles, and Peckerhead the chickens, and Puppy the Tortoise.

If anything could have come from COVID times, we are so grateful that for his family, it meant more time with Tucker. Over a year of all day, every day with a senior boxer is a gift.

Tucker, we will miss you endlessly. Go run and shread some stuffies up there. See you later, buggy.
