Aslan Ortiz

2017 - 2022

Aslan Ortiz, the feline son of Janet Ortiz, of New Haven, CT, passed away peacefully in his mother’s arms on October 19, 2022, at 4:49 PM after being diagnosed with liver failure. Aslan was adopted on June 2017 at between 2-3 months old. Aslan was an amazing cat, he was mommy’s happiness, teacher, therapist, and best friend.

Aslan loved watching birds outside the window, he loved escaping out of the house and chasing squirrels. Snuggling with mom in bed and meowing annoyingly everything he sees the food bowl almost empty and playing all day with his brother and sisters.

Aslan will be remembered for his constant snuggles, kisses, and meows. Aslan leaves holes in the hearts of the family. The family will like to thank Central Hospital for Veterinary Medicine for taking care of our beloved cat without hesitation and for all the support during a hard decision and time.
