2007 - 2018

Bongo, I met you on my trip to Best Friends in May 2014; I took you on a sleepover. Lying on the bed next to me, when I moved to turn off the lights, you placed your front legs on me and looked at me as if you were saying “Don’t go.” After that I knew we were meant to be together, and you arrived at your new home a few weeks later. You were also a famous Best Friends dog, as your picture was featured as “Mr. September” in the 2015 Best Friends calendar. I will always treasure the time we spent together, walking in parks and just being together all of the time. We had a special bond. “The love we shared, the bond we shared, is a gift. Never to be replaced, never to be erased, but cherished in memory forever.” I have missed you so much since you crossed the Rainbow Bridge on September 7, 2018. I hope you know that I wanted you, and that you were very special to me. Bongo, you will always be remembered, and forever loved.
