Goodbye, wonderful friend, until we meet again, best friend, protector, the most loyal and good heart. you were always there for us. you were rescued from a horrible life. And you chose my little son to be your boy. we later found out that you were rescued on his birthday, right before we found you.

i'm so glad that i had the chance to tell you that you are valued and loved, and how happy we are that you are part of our family. When i told you that, you breathed a deep sigh and I swear you were smiling.

We will miss you more than words can say. We'll miss your smile, sharing breakfast with you, your love of the outdoors, the beach, and your love of playing ball.

We will celebrate your life and remember you always. We love you, Corbin.
