Daria McAreavey

2010 - 2019

Daria, a Rottwieller, was adopted from the Providence Animal Rescue League (PARL) in 2015.
Her nickname was "Pretty Girl" since she had such beautiful markings and “smile”. She came to us with her favorite blue blanket she had at PARL.
Daria was a gentle giant and a real couch potato. She just loved being cuddled and scratched while laying on the couch, even though she was the largest of the pack, plus lounging in the living room with her dad, mom, and best buddies - Princess, Connor, and Rocky.
She also loved sharing Dad's fruit while watching TV - apples were her most favorite – she could hear the refrigerator door opening in the other room and would then wait very expectantly for Dad to appear with their shared treat. Connor was her “bestest” buddy and she didn’t like to share with Rocky. She will be sadly missed because she was such a sweetheart.
