At 12 & 1/2 years old, Elsie leaves behind her loving family and friends of both 2 and 4 legs. She lived with her mommy Kylene and daddy Nelson and baby sister Brooke whom affectionately called her "Dot Dot " She leaves behind poppy and mama Bob and Eileen Ricci of Central Point, Oregon, grandma and grandpa Domingos and Teresa Poeira of New Bedford, Massachusetts, nana and papa Raymond and Patricia D'Amico of Johnston, Rhode Island, loving Aunts and Uncles: Lindsey Dyer, Rayna D'Amico, Dot Ricciardelli, Richard D'Amico, Amanda DiNitto, Michael D'Amico, Sandra Poeira, Dianna Poeira and many many more.
She touched the lives of all she met and was loved and respected by many. She had a sweet temperament, a loving soul and a discerning personality. You knew from the get go exactly where you stood with Elsie as soon as you met her.
She adored her baby sister Brooke from the minute she arrived home from the hospital. She would sleep beside the bassinet keeping watch over her little bundle of joy and the second Brooke would stir she would run to us immediately to look after Brooke. This continued to the very end. Even when she was sick and couldn't eat Elsie would take the cookies from Brooke and eat them to make her happy. They're bond is one that time nor space will ever break, Brooke will grow to remember and appreciate how much her" Dot Dot " truly loved her
