Ginger

2012 - 2022

Ginger passed peacefully in her home on december 18th, 2022. She was a beloved friend to all she met. She was a red satin rabbit, adopted in march of 2012 from cranston, RI. In her younger years, she enjoyed spending time outdoors and being with her late companion rabbit, raspberry. In her late life, she took comfort in living indoors with plenty of toys and fresh fruit and vegetables. She enjoyed accompanying colin in her spot in the loft while he played video games. Her favorite treat was a bite of strawberry and grazing on clover outside. She was a gentle and kind spirit, with so much positive energy. She loved to jump around, dance, and cuddle. Ginger leaves behind her sister and best friend georgia (cat) who always took good care of her, and her loving family stephanie and colin. She will be dearly missed by fran and jason, and all those who had the joy of knowing her throughout her life. We extend our gratitude to final gift cremation services and ocean state vet hospital, as well as the late william linehan who so kindly handcrafted her outdoor hutch which she spent time in as a young rabbit. Ginger had a long, fulfilling live of almost eleven years. She was everyone’s favorite hello and hardest goodbye. We know she is hopping amongst fields of greens and find comfort in the happy memories we share with her. Until next time.
