Max - The gentlest and best friend of all

To all who knew and loved Max--Max went to his well-deserved final rest on Aug. 14th, 2007. He had been slowing down over the last few months, but did get very sick last week and after a few days it was determined that he had a large tumor on his heart. He died peacefully and without pain. He was truly the gentlest dog , and we know he will be missed by all who loved--and were loved by-- him.Thank you to all--human and animals--who loved him as much as we did. He will always hold a very special place in all our hearts. May he rest in peace forever--and without pills! Sleep well,Max!
