Prince “Princey” Moore
Age: 18 Years, 8 Months, and 14 Days - NYC, NY
In Loving Memory of Prince “Princey” Moore

On December 2, 2023, our beloved feline baby boy Prince, passed away peacefully at the Schwarzman Animal Medical Center, NYC NY. Prince bravely spirited through, but passed from an aggressive feline cancer.

Prince was born with his feline litter brother Smokey; by his Kitty Cat Mother Bigwig, on March 18, 2005, near Columbia University in NYC, NY. Prince and his brother Smokey were adopted by their human family Giselle and William Moore in May 2005.

For amost 19 years, Prince left paw prints on our hearts forever and brought immense joy into our lives. He was simply brilliant.

Throughout his life, Prince reveled in the simple pleasures. His days were filled with the playful camaraderie of his brother Smokey, engaging in adventures with a collection of kitty cat toys, including streamers, bell balls, flying remote control helicopters, monster trucks, and a memorable friendly battle supported by his brother Smokey; with a stray pigeon in his home in 2006. Additionally, Prince enjoyed welcoming all guests visiting our home, bringing huge smiles to all.

Prince had a gentle and affectionate nature, finding solace sitting on the laps of his Mother and Father. He eagerly anticipated each day's brushing session, a ritual that brought him comfort and care. Anywhere at home we were, Princey was right there.

A sunbeam enthusiast, Prince enjoyed basking in the warmth of the sunshine with the companionship of his brother Smokey. His favorite sleeping spot each night was right next to his parents, embodying the true meaning of family closeness.

Prince’s culinary favorites since a kitten was Fancy Feast Grilled fish and florentine varieties. A Temtation’s tuna or crab snack treat was always a top choice. Fish sticks and chicken nuggets were a must when ordering out. A movie aficionado, one of Prince's favorite pastimes included watching YouTube bird videos and Star Wars with his human family.

Survived by his loving family, Giselle, William, and litter brother Smokey, Prince's memory will forever be cherished. Our family expresses heartfelt thank you for compassionate feline medical care to Noah’s Arc Pet Clinic, Schwarzman’s Animal Medical Center of New York, The FINAL GIFT PET MEMORIAL CENTER IN OXFORD, CONNECTICUT, and all people over the years who thought of or met Prince and shared a kind moment.

In Prince’s memory please adopt, help, or donate to a local animal shelter or care center. Ensuring that other cats and dogs may find the same love and help that Prince experienced.

Prince, a blessing, joyful, loving, and beyond perfect companion; will be deeply missed but never forgotten. We will keep you close always and care with love, your litter brother Smokey.

Princey our majestic angel, our family has faith this is not good bye. One day, our family will find your loving spirit at the Rainbow Bridge.
We will always love you. We will forever and ever; remember your love and tender-heartedness. Princey, fly high our beautiful boy.

Private family cremation will take place on Wednesday, December 13, 2023 at 10am at Final Gift Pet Memorial Center in Oxford, Connecticut.
