The bestest boy. Loved his human siblings and loved his best friend:dad. Rosco spent his days playing ball, wadding in the water and following around his dad. Rosco provided so much love and comfort during his life and was loved uncondiTionally. He greeted each foster sibling with a wagging tail and comforted them on their new journey. Rosco will be so very missed.
