(February 28, 2008 – March 13, 2024)

Sable passed away unexpectedly on March 13, 2024 at the age of 16. We were blessed to have Sable five years longer than her sister Onyx, who passed in 2019. It took a long time for Sable to get over losing Onyx. As we all grieved Onyx, we poured our love into Sable. We supported each other.
Sableeee, as she was affectionately called, was a beautiful girl who became queen of the castle. You could see clearly in her big green, yellowish eyes just how much she loved her home and us. We loved her intensely back. The daily routine will never ever be the same. Her pet parents, Mark, Karen, and Jane, are truly heartbroken and don’t know what to do with ourselves. We keep going forward with heavy hearts and wonderful memories at every turn. We can’t help but smile and cry at the same time. We will never forget our beloved Sable and pray she is cuddling up in a nice patch of sunshine with her sister once again.
